Don't let the name fool you - we enjoy getting out to different parts of the Northwest,
not just our little piece of paradise near Spokane. The trails and climbs on the
west side of the state are usually pretty busy but not so much so that we'd pass
em up when given the opportunity. Teri enjoys biking so we have a few of her biking
trips on here. The kids would rather eat a bug than wander down a trail but we're
always looking for some of their activities to throw on here as well - video games,
crafts and lurking at the mall don't seem to fit the theme though. |

I guess this is as much a lessons-learned report as it is a trip report. We failed so miserably that I was almost too embarrassed to type this up. I suck at writing and I have some level of disappointment and no doubt some of that will show through - not sure how it can't really. I'm still a little ticked off but more at myself than anyone or anything else. I climbed with a good group of people. Some were prepared and some not so much. That said,... |
